Yes, it's a little worn around the edges but it still has a lot of charm, friendly and accommodating staff, (save for one surly housekeeping staff member) and a large, lush courtyard with small pool and fountains to sit and relax in the morning to plan your day while enjoying their Continental breakfast of coffee, tea, juice, Danishes or croissants.

7. I'm not sure if the carpet was old and worn or affected by the humidity, but it seemed sticky to me when I walked around barefoot.

9. Some of the carpeting in the halls, particularly the stairwells, was a little worn and some of the decorating in the room was a bit dated but it all added to the charm.
