1. It's a magical place, and yes, there are loud noises on the street at night and early morning.

8. Louis Square and half a block from Cafe Du Monde - and 2 blocks from Bourbon if you care (I don't) but it was far enough away that we didn't have any issues with loud music or loud drunks.
