1. All I can complain about is the ceiling fan and air con, they were both really noisy keeping us awake even after a very long trip from the UK.

4. We had a room of the courtyard, we had paid for a delux room with window but when we got to our room found that the 'window' was the one that was in the door overlooking the hallway,after I complained we we're given the one in the courtyard and it was so nice and quiet.

5. I called and complained and showed them the email conversation I had with a member of their staff which spoke to the 2 beds and they offered to put a sleeper in the room at no charge.

10. Very limited TV (we had a 15 year old that complained about this so thought I'd mention but not a big deal to us)Shared balcony - we thought we paid for a private one, and on the 3rd floor the balconies are too narrow for a table.
