1. All of the staff is wonderful and friendly, especially one of the bellhops ( don't know the name, sorry) who got my husband and I some antiseptic wipes and medical salve after we were stung by a caterpillar while visiting the park at Jackson square ( apparently new oleans is having a problem with the creepy little critters because of their mild winter, so beware.

3. There is a (tiny) elevator in case you need one, the size of which can be a problem for those on low floors at check-out time.

4. The one major problem we did have was that on our third morning my wife woke up to a cockroach coming out of a clean washcloth on our tub.
