1. First time in phoenix and unfortunately it was for a family emergency, had booked a different hotel closer to the hospital last minute, that was an absolute disaster.

5. unfortunately, when I called to have my tray removed after finishing my dinner, nobody bothered to show up so I had to keep the tray in my room overnight and left the cleaning staff the responsibility of getting the tray back to the restaurant (Cafe Sha).
