1. My biggest problem with the hotel is the maintenance.

2. The room was to have plus feeling being on the Concierge Level it was false advertising in the Room Type on their reservation web site 1st problem fridge was broken no power cord,'80's TV w/bad reception, top it off phones didn't work.

3. Bed bugs are a serious problem in the travel industry as a whole and are found in airplanes, taxis and even public movie theatres.

9. The room was decently appointed although the cover on the light fixture in the bathroom was torn (this was reported by another TripAdvisor reviewer a few months ago and I hope this isn't the same room and they have chosen to ignore the problem).
