1. The front desk clerk who checked us in was very friendly and gave us exactly the rooms we wanted: king beds all together, on a high floor, and far from the noise of the elevator and ice machine/vending machine.

2. noise could be an issue as it is near the airport (you can see it from the even numbered side), by the light rail and there is another railroad running somewhere (could hear trains late into the night).
