1. John at the Front Desk provided great service to our family (We parked in the wrong garage, he fixed that; we needed a larger room, he found us a suite with a view).

2. Rooms are beginning I to look dated especially the carpet but you cannot go wrong with the location across from the convention center and only a shortwalk to numerous restaurants.

5. We have stayed at alot of hotel downtown and this one is at the top of the list, I liked it alot better than the Hyatt, but not quite as well as embassey suites (which is closer to the circle but farther away from lucas oil) All in all I'd say you cant go wrong staying here.
