1. Hotel a bit of a mess doing some renovations, check in desk dont seem to have all the booking info,operating from what looks like an ice cream stall, but great they have a Starbucks but problem only open from 10 am to 4 pm (most likley times you are not there) Breakfast not great very basic (was looking foward to a big Amercian one) got only low fat yougourt and no Muesli only cornflakes.

2. We did experience problems with room keys not working and our bill being messed up but these were sorted out reasonably quickly.

3. I am slightly annoyed that the lobby is a mess and the Starbucks has not been operational for the past 2 days.

7. The toast was like rubber the bacon was burnt they messed up the order and the sausage was really gross.

9. Staff messed up room request (that we called on to confirm), didn't have coffee when asked for extra, room service didn't deliver on an item we were charged for.
