1. Since the bathroom does not have a fan, mold is on the ceiling.

2. The decor of the room and hallways is what I'd expect out of an unrenovated Holiday Inn, not out of a Westin, with stains on the sofa, unfinished molding on the ceiling, chipped paint, dents in the elevators, etc.
