5. tiny, tiny room, electrical cover plates hanging off so that wires were handing out (never fixed during the stay), broken desk chair (taken away after 2 days but never replaced), 2 of the 3 windows were completely opaque due to some damage so that I could not see through at all, shower handle fell off, half of elevators didn`t work so really long wait (I ended up walking up/down 5 flights to save time).
