6. The sad thing is though, with the cost of gas, tolls, and parking, it would have been cheaper to take a train from NJ to DC and take cabs everywhere, so if that is something you could do I would suggest it.

7. Quiet and clean I met some really cool people I felt safe and comfortable, was sad I had to leave but my next trip I will be staying at The Washington Plaza Hotel ,I had a wonderful time can't wait ti go back.
