1. We also got the parking included in the package the garage looked like most of it had been forgotten in the update and the ftwo fire doors made getting in and out a bit more difficult.

5. We had a leak in our ceiling during our stay and they immediately moved us to another room and refunded us a one night stay, which was difficult as we had prepaid for the room through hotels.

6. We caught the metro to Foggy Bottom, walked down to the Lincoln Memorial and then walked back around the basin through the presidential memorials to the hotel and the walk was enjoyable and not difficult.

9. You had to go through a dark area like an alley and it was extremely difficult to get your luggage through the door without it closing on you.

10. Normally, I would just forget about it, but I had my 8-year-old with me and this made it truly difficult to navigate the lobby, restaurant and pool area.
