3. Only downsides were a lack of outlets in the room (I couldnt figure out where to plug in the in room coffeemaker, so had to place it on the floor) and a horrendous view of the roof from my room.

8. downside on arriving was the receptionists did not seem overly polite and we had to wait in reception until 3pm as they would not let anyone in their rooms until that time, fortunately our flight from Boston had got cancelled so we did not have to wait too long.
