1. The only complaint I would have is that once you left your room, the outside floor was sooo cold.

5. My only complaint about the staff is that the lady at the desk gave us the wrong directions to the White House causing us to almost miss our tour time.

7. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room clean and tidy, and I have no complaints about the general apperance of the hotel.

8. The view of the room was decent, it was overlooking the roof of another building which wasnt all that attractive, but otherwise I have no complaints.
