2. The first room I checked into had a heavy odor of smoke and upon returning back to the check-in I was assigned another room without problem.

4. The only problem we had was when we were leaving and a breakfast charge from the hotel's restaurant was on our room bill (charged the morning we were leaving).

8. Probably the only problems where that we could not check into our rooms until 3:00 (but this is not unusual) and you had to pay extra for the gym.

9. I resolved the problem by tranferring into the Washington Hilton, which has a Lounge open all day and evening, seven days a week.

10. I Called the maintenace staff and was told (very politely) that they were having problems with the in-room televsion/on demand system and were uncertain as to when they could get it fixed.
