1. I have never been disappointed with either my room, the staff, or any of the amenities.

2. We was not disappointed with the lovely appointed room, not the largest of rooms, but we really only slept in it, it was immaculately clean and had everyhing we needed.

Pros:- great location, close to White House and other attractions- excellent gym, one of the biggest hotel gyms I've seen (free for silver and above)- short walk to MetroCons:- executive level room was very average- room was not clean (hair on bathroom floor and in sink)- club lounge is ridiculously small and crowdedOverall, I was disappointed with this property.

5. This hotel is in a good location - easy walking distance to the White House and other attractions, but I was somewhat disappointed by the quality of the rooms and the service.

6. The Executive breakfast, while there was plenty to eat - nice fruit, breads and jams and such - was disappointing: nasty hard-boiled eggs with sulfured green yolks being the only protein, no cold cuts or freshly made eggs or salmon or any of that sort of thing.

7. Also we were very disappointed to find out on our arrival that the hotel lounge was closed for remodeling and they set up a temporary bar in the hotel lobby.

10. STAFFIn addition to the lack of customer service from the front desk, I was disappointed when my colleague and I came back from a run and decided to eat breakfast before we showered and headed to our meeting.
