8. They were renovating parts of the hotel when we visited so it was rather dusty in the lobby, but it wasn't bad.

9. We went back up to the room and the champagne was there, but just left a bad taste in my mouth that they really didnt care to even check or figure out why on earth a bottle of champagne would take 2 hours to deliver.
