1. For me, I worked long days and really wanted to relax and not have worries at the hotel - instead the frustrations just made my days longer.

2. Have you ever heard of a hotel charging a deposit on a hotel room? One young man at the front desk understood my surprise and frustration at this and empathized with me, but the assistant manager was clueless, unprofessional, uncooperative, and unfriendly.
