1. If you're going to be out sightseeing or working all day maybe my complaints don't matter as much to you.

2. I was reticent to book the Helix after some mixed reviews but the fact that the GM, James, addressed guests' complaints in this forum went a long way in reassuring me that the management cares about their guests comfort.

4. My only complaint is that the hotel is pet friendly - pets of all types are welcome- which is great if you are traveling with your pet, but i am sure it makes keeping the hotel rooms & common areas clean very difficult.

5. My only complaint is that the bathroom is a little small and the sink is a little too IKEA, a white sink with a regulat hot cold faucet would have sufficed, however it did have a heating bulb for when you get out of the shower.

6. My only complaint was that even from the fifth floor the street traffic was still a little loud but I'm used to a really quiet neighborhood.

7. My only complaint would be the quality of the soap, and as complaints go, that's a pretty minor one (and with a Whole Foods just a block away, it's a problem that's easily remedied).

10. They were very excited because we booked the room that has bunk beds for the kids - my only complaint with the room decor was the fact that the small bunk room didn't have any colors in it - plain white walls.
