1. My husband and I travel often so when a staff makes the check in, room service, and overall customer service pleasant, it is a dream come true.

4. The service we got was also excellent (particularly from Camille at the front desk) - we arrived really early on the Friday morning and the front desk stored out luggage for us and also managed to arrange for us to check in early.
