1. The pillows are very soft so I was out of luck on finding a firm pillow.

2. There is a nice swivel chair in the corner by the TV, which has more free channels than I thought it would, and the bed was very comfortable (though the pillows took the cake).

Pros: Smooth check in and checkout, helpful and friendly staff, great location, comfy bed and pillows, clean as can be, nice high-def television, our stay was quiet and the soundproofing seemed adequate (there was some partying in a nearby room that was audible from the hallway, but not from inside our room), 24-hour CVS store across the street.

7. Pros:modern room, unique design, bed lighting and leather canopy, comfortable down linens and pillows, great view of thomas circle, HD TV, Soaking tub, wine glasses provided, free wifi, robes, ihome radio, ipod ready, large room, Friendly staff, walking distance to White House sites and Metro.

9. Both my rooms were fantastic - spacious, more than enough storage space, big bathrooms (although only the Deluxe has the walk in wrap-around shower), free tea and coffee making facilities, HD tv etc. The bed and pillows were comfy.
