8. Be aware - the parking deck affiliated with the hotel is $42 per night - we were lucky to be there on a Sunday when street parking is free in DC, but moved the car in the deck early Monday morning for the $15 early bird special.

9. Overall, I think if they controlled who got there and also opened up the other side of the deck to serve even non-alcoholic beverages and food there (and allow for more places to stand sit), it could be a HUGE improvement.

10. There really should be at least ONE staff person up there to confirm what room you're in/registered guest status since as a result, people were just laying on the wooden deck.
