The bad: on check in, my thermostat didn't have the temperature dial (fell off?) and it took a couple of days to find one (not a big deal), on check out was advised that someone billed $25 breakfast to my room, when asked to see the bill was told 'not possible', further the amount was labeled 'room charge', which could have been just about anything.
