4. I paid extra for the 'Float Suite', which I was under the impression walked right out onto the pool patio/bar area.

We were disappointed in that we couldn't even see the pool (there was a big eyesore of a tent right outside our patio door) and the patio furniture that was outside our room had cigarette burns in it and looked like it was the bar's old furniture just placed outside our room so it looked like we had our own set-up.
