1. There is a door hanger that is two sided indicating if you are requesting a room cleaning, but the front desk explains all of this in detail upon arrival.

2. At the front desk, I asked if we could have a quiet room, and our attendant said 'I'll do better than that - I'll upgrade you to a suite!'The room was beautiful, we were able to sleep just fine, and enjoy an awesome weekend in San Diego.

3. The front desk was personable, friendly and never did a smile diminish from her face :) Wed decided to have a drink in the lobby bar, that was not so exceptional, so we left.
