1. The concierge was very, very helpful and even the beefy security guys who man the velvet ropes at the entrance to the hotel were friendly past midnight.

4. Jeff and Robbie in concierge totally took care of us and made reservations (which took so much stress off of me, because I was the planner for the weekend), they even had a beautiful dessert try and card sent to us at the restaurant we dined at (which was not in the hotel).

5. Other nights we ended up eating at Osetra (Concierge recommendation) which had great seafood options and then the Palm (great steaks).

6. We stopped off at the concierge desk several times and got great advice and/or discount passes to places were were visiting (Midway Museum / Zoo).
