7. My room was booked right next to a suite that had security called throughout their stay due to noise issuesThere was a snaffu with my inhouse credit as 2 other front desk agents needed to make sure/verify I had one as they nearly charged me an extra $50 at my final bill.

8. To add insult to injury I got my visa bill when I returned home to find a charge of over $76 when I inquired about this Hardrock said when I prepaid I didn't pay this one.

9. Apparently it was for access to the business centre,the fitness suite,daily news paper,internet access and phone calls (we didn't use any of these) so be aware of this unexpected bill.

10. We were advised that there was a problem with the router on our floor, that their tech group had fixed it and that the $17 per night charge would be reversed from our bill.
