They even tried to find me another room with a balcony however they were fully booked for the weekendDuring check in Courtney was very helpful in my booking, she tried to book me with a room w/ a balcony but later moved me at my request to another floor since the balcony had no view ( all wall) and gave me one with a spectacular view.
