my husband is disabled (legally blind) and the stairwell is now PITCH BLACK, he asked what I would like him to do and I said accommodate your guests and have some flashlights or alternative light sources.

The next day upon leaving, we complained to the hotel
Manager
about the issues with the room and she stated that since we had been offered a new room at 7pm the night before the departure, it was sufficient to address the issue.
