2. The rooms are quite small for the US, the bathroom was positively claustrophobic and the room decor was extremely dated.

3. The room was a fairly decent size, nice bathroom w/ all the amenties, toiletries, refrigerator, etc. We dropped our luggage in the room, went back to the dining area, grabbed some coffee and a danish, and headed off to the San Diego zoo.
