4. I've also contacted the Rock and Roll organizers and suggested they take them off their list of recommended hotels due to the shuttle mix up and no late check out fiasco.

5. The next morning we complained and had to check out of our room and leave our bags at the front desk and return in the afternoon check in again and be allocated another room.

7. The girl who checked us in was friendly, but when we went to check out another girl first took another customer before me while I was waiting there for several minutes without being acknowledged, then she refused to give me a receipt (which I needed so I can be reimbursed by my job).
