10. this is by no means a reflection on the entire staff as some of the club lounge servers and concierge went out of their way to be accomodating, but the few rude individuals such as the front desk clerk who checked us in left a bad first impressioncleanliness- this is a very big hotel which , however we found that the overall cleanliness and attention to detail was sloppy.
