1. There are several good restaurants onsite (Lels's has a huge breakfast buffet for about $25) and the requisite Top of the Hyatt on the 40th floor plus a sports bar.

3. For conference attendees there are several very good options for picking up coffee, quick breakfast (Lael's in the Hyatt has a wonderful breakfast buffet), networking in the lobby bar - all helpful when pressed for time.
