1. It is considered in the heart of San Diego, but across the street is a big empty lot with trash and several night clubs.

5. We requested to not be on the fourth floor, and were on the 6th floor and it was very quiet, despite the fact that there was a huge party on the street right next to the hotel, with many of their guests staying at the hotel.
