1. I stayed at the Embassy Suites for a conference 2-17 thru 2-21-12, the customer service was excellent from check in through check out.

3. The complimentary breakfast can be busy, but service is good, there is plenty of seating and the range and selection of breakfast items (including omelets and French toast) is enough to ensure you won't need anything else until lunch.

6. This hotel offers good service so has high occupancy rates, with lots of couples, families and school groups; this, plus the building's atrium design, generate traffic and some noise.
