1. However, Embassy Suites should get a new designer for the rooms, which were getting a little tired looking and not at all pleasant.

4. Knowing we would arrive late, I called Tuesday morning to advise the hotel that we would be checking in close to midnight and that I would love to have a crib waiting for us in our room since we would have a 2 year old ready for bed by the time we arrived.

5. I left all of our belongings in the front room and when we got back from Legoland everything (except for the crib, which I had to request for again) was in a new smoke free room.

6. As a family with a toddler and two older kids we regularly stay at suite type hotels, which are considerably more expensive but for the added convenience of having 2 rooms it is worth it, so to have this happen to us was really a shocker especially from an Embassy Suites.

10. We were on the 12th floor and were nicely surprised we did not hear much noise from outside the room given the style it is.
