1. It is also convenient to La Jolla Beach and even to a hospital which, unfortunately, I had to use on one visit.

4. Overall, though, I`d definately reccomend the Embassy Suites La Jolla, especially to families looking for a great beach getaway.

5. A quick 15 minute drive over the hill takes you to the beach at La Jolla and the quaint and upscale shops and restaurants there.

7. drive to SD beaches, a mid to high-end malls just opposite the hotel, lots of restaurants nearby+ PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY STAFF ~ There were many families with kids (MANY!) at the hotel during our stay.
