Checking in was a breeze and

worker, Liz, was able to provide lots of great information as to good restuarants to eat at, local places to see and attractions for the kids.

Later during our stay the toilet overflowed and the girl from the
front desk
with whom we spoke with was very rude and tried to blame a plumbing malfunction on us (we just checked in?).
