7. It's in a nice quiet area, away from the bars and crowds on Newport, but there is a store that has basics right across the street and a wonderful little cafe for breakfast or lunch almost next door.

9. Sure the view is great and weekend breakfast was decent (fresh, homemade waffles, and Costco muffins, croissants and bagels, plus some fruit), but the bed linens were a bit shabby, the mattress uncomfortable, and could have used some ceiling fans.
