2. It's in a nice quiet area, away from the bars and crowds on Newport, but there is a store that has basics right across the street and a wonderful little cafe for breakfast or lunch almost next door.

5. It is not very far from the airport (about a 10 minute drive through the back roads), it is in a quiet location where you can relax and not worry about drunk kids stumbling home from the bars, and service is pretty good.
