1. From the room service guy who asked if he could help us with any plans, the room service guy!, to the valets who were wonderful and gave me an ice cream for the ride home once they found out it was my birthday, it was all top notch.

8. A lot of times in high end resorts there is an attitude with the staff, however everyone here from the pool service, front desk, and valet where extremely nice, helpful and friendly.
