1. For instance: they don't charge for fitness classes or tennis court time; and there's a small, reasonably priced cafe open 6am-6pm for those early morning lattes and light fare for the kids.

2. Seems like they automatically charge you an extra $300 dollars when you arrive at the hotel in case of 'incidentals' - and then (and I did not partake of the min-bar or any movies or spa services or room service or anything) take at least 72 hours after you depart to remove it.

3. Daily maid service was impressive - we left some charge cords on the floor and when we returned the cords were nicely bundled up, tied together with ribbon.

9. To start they put a holding charge of $6000 on our credit card for incidentals eh hello?most hotels put $100 dollars max on.
