2. Everything at The Grand is perfect, from the lovely Italian bed linens, the large bathroom with an incredibly deep soaking tub, the exceptional room service and lovely restaurants to the amazingly friendly, extremely accommodating and wonderful staff.

5. We had room service every night ( yes a bit of luxury but heck why not?and our kids just loved having dinner tucked in bed!) but I must say I havent seen such quality in a room service menu ( it was delicious) for a long time and it was much better value than you would expect.
