9. 1) it seems ridiculous to charge a 'valet' parking fee when the hotel is so spacious ( our rate had this included but i would be annoyed at having to pay a daily rate to park in the middle of the countryside) 2) we thought that a 22% service charge on the Christmas brunch was very steep, especially as it was a buffet.
