2. My sea bass was perfectly done as was the beef tenderloin according to my husband - no small feat when serving a large crowd - the ballroom was stunning with the pre and post dinner cocktails on the adjoining balcony overlooking the grounds (they brought out extra heaters when it turned a little chilly after dinner so we could use the patio in comfort)- they offered a very attractive reduced room rate to anyone who wished to come early and/or stay later after the business meetings Rooms & Grounds- our base level room was spacious and lovely - the bed was heavenly with fantastic pillows- the grounds around the hotel are gorgeous complete with walking trails and firepits for evenings- everything is kept IMMACULATE from the rooms to the gardens- the details throughout the hotel will never cease to amaze like fresh flowers everywhere that were changed regularly - loved the in-room complimentary Nespresso coffee maker and coffee, complimentary bottled water, chocolated covered oreos and rose petals at turn down, free papers every morning - as many as you want!- the bathroom is beautiful - with it's own flat screen TV and deep soaker tub - maid service is fabulous - she even tied the cords to our chargers with silk bows- every room comes with the most comfortable robes and slippers as standard serviceRestaurants- Amaya - has the best Beet Salad with smoked goat cheese (smoked on site), lobster bisque, and ask to see the vegetarian menu - there are some amazing choices.
