9. It takes a while to make the front desk understand we only have one car so we should be charged by number of cars not charged by number of rooms, which they initially insist we have to be charged by number of rooms for valet parking.

10. As you enter from the valet parking area and walk towards the back, there is a store which sells sandwiches, snaks, pop, toiletries and lattes.
