7. The hotel has 19 floors on a bank of 6 elevators and after a busy weekend everyone was trying to check out at once and each floor had people waiting to get on the elevator and the valet line was backed up so much though that most likely took people an hour to get their car.

8. Additionally, the parking ticket pay machines inside the lobby were out of order so the whole check out process was very disorganized and did not suit a four star hotel.
