8. I paid for the 'business/faster' internet at $14.95 per day (with no discounts in paying for multiple days at a time) for 5 days yet they expect my colleague also in the same room to pay the same fees.

10. One staff member gave us a 20% discount for hotel dining; we had a rattle in the AC and loose toilet seat that we reported in the morning when we left and they were both fixed when we returned.
