10. when my husband went down for breakfast, he was told he had to pay for it, after calling the front desk i was told the same until it was looked at on the computer screen, then told we had 2 free buffets, not true, we had 4, and then when i went down to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager, all of a sudden we were given our vouchers for breakfast.
